What is the best cocktail? I get asked this nearly every day. You might have asked me yourself. If you did, I probably waxed poetic about how every cocktail has something to offer, how my favorite changes, etc.

Today, I am happy to answer the question fully, honestly, and confidently.

It’s the Daiquiri - not the sweet smoothie spinning behind the dive bar, but the classic cocktail that spawned half the classics you know.
